  • Is food measured raw or cooked?

    All dietary plans rely on raw weight for greater accuracy and ease of tracking. The use of cooked weight introduces additional variables, such as water weight, that cannot be consistently monitored. For instance, consider rice: 100g of raw rice will consistently amount to 100g, whereas 100g of cooked rice may vary due to variations in added water, resulting in less precise measurements when using cooked weight.

  • Is meal timing important?

    The timing of two crucial meals—pre and post-workout—is particularly significant for optimizing gym performance. In contrast, the timing of other meals can be more flexible, as long as they are spaced a few hours apart to facilitate proper digestion.

  • Are cheat meals permitted?

    It varies from individual to individual. Cheat meals can be incorporated into a diet as long as they don't compromise the desired results. For instance, in Lifestyle Coaching, allowing one cheat meal per week for social gatherings may be acceptable, provided it doesn't hinder progress. However, during contest preparation, the approach is more stringent.

  • How can I contact you in case of issues or questions?

    Each of my clients has access to my WhatsApp, and I always have my phone with me. It's important to note that there are no foolish questions, and effective communication is crucial for achieving outstanding results.
